Experimental work in labs
Summary
Teaching students in the field of experimental measurement, work with measuring instruments, acquisition and evaluation of measured values. Measurement deviation and uncertainty of the resulting values will be explained in connection with the evaluation of experimental data. The work of students in the laboratory is focused on working with instruments in the field of standard physical tasks. Tasks include measurement of geometric dimensions of solids, peripheral and angular velocity, coating thickness, liquid and solid material's density, air velocity and air flow rate, temperature (contact and contactless method), heat flux, material emissivity, dynamic viscosity of liquid, basic electrical properties.
