- An overview of the basic terms and issues related to real estate market - The acquisition of basic knowledge on the management of real estate in the Czech Republic, - Focus on the real estate market from the perspective of shoppers and sellers - Basic knowledge regarding the valuation of the property market.

Course "real estate market "is designed for students of bachelor study program at the Faculty of Economics, VŠB-TU Ostrava, who want to orientate in this specific market, or intends to in the future either single or long-term side of shoppers, vendors and the other state institutions in this market, business, or make real estate transaction.
