Basic terms from the field of the real estate market functioning.
Evaluation of the supply side and the demand side on this type of market,
applying the conditions prevailing in the Czech Republic. Basic criteria for
investment decision making in the fied of investments into real estate.
Principles of real estate properties evaluation. Legal and economical aspects
of the task. Real estate market following the entry of the Czech republic into
the European Union.
