- An overview of basic concepts of the functioning of the housing market - Knowledge of basic criteria for investment decisions for the investment property - Knowledge of the principles of property valuation, as well as legal and economic aspects of the issue - Knowledge of the basic features of the real estate market in the Czech Republic and the EU.

Summary

Basic terms from the field of the real estate market functioning. Evaluation of the supply side and the demand side on this type of market, applying the conditions prevailing in the Czech Republic. Basic criteria for investment decision making in the fied of investments into real estate. Principles of real estate properties evaluation. Legal and economical aspects of the task. Real estate market following the entry of the Czech republic into the European Union.

Subject syllabus:

Basic concepts of operation of the real estate market. Evaluation supply side and demand side in this market with application to the conditions of the Czech Republic. Basic criteria for investment decisions on investments in real estate market. Principles of valuation. Legal and economic aspects of the problem. Real estate market of the Czech Republic after accession to the European Union.
