- comprehension of modern dynamic approach to fiscal policy - capability to contrast the economic impact of discretionary and rule-based fiscal policies, their benefits and risks - comprehension of non-orthodox fiscal theories of inflation and recession - capability to analyze the impact of economic policies by sub-central governments on macroeconomic aktivity - comprehension of modern methods of public debt management and its economic impact

Summary

Předmět tematicky navazuje na magisterské předměty věnované fiskální teorii a politice, prezentované neokeynesovským způsobem v souladu s koncepcí veřejné ekonomie R. Musgravea. Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s moderním, dynamickým pojetím fiskální politiky vycházejícím z neoklasických základů, a se souvisejícími konkrétními problémy z oblastí výdajových, daňových a dluhových politik, zaměřených na stabilizaci a stimulaci makroekonomického vývoje. Pozornost je též věnována vlivu institucionálního uspořádání ve fiskální sféře na makroekonomický vývoj.
