Learning outcomes: Analysis: to identify the signals of crise to analyse the causes, course and incidences of the crises Synthesis: to generalize the procedure of crisis solutions to assemble simple crisis plan to categorize types of crises Evaluation: to appraise the value of the claims to interpret the steps before reengineering to measure the ways of risk diversification to evaluate the impacts on the enterprise stability to recommend simple crisis strategy

Summary

Definition of Critical management is a complex of managerial procedures intents on broad dilemma, beginning from risk evaluation, through planning and organizing to realization and verification of activities, which were done in connection with solving crisis situation.

1.Krizové řízení – úvodní poznámky -změny v praxi krizového řízení a žádoucí zaměření systému přípravy manažerů -krizový profil organizace – některé prvky ovlivňující krizový management a jejich vzájemné vazby -společenská odpovědnost podniků, strategie a prevence krizí 2.Model krize, charakteristiky krize 3.Podnikové krize, krizový management -typologie podnikových krizí, příčiny vzniku, symptomy krizového vývoje -postup řešení podnikové krize, identifikace krize -krizový management (obecné zásady organizace krizového řízení, krizový controlling, nástroje, faktory ovlivňující průběh krize) -postup revitalizace, financování nápravných opatření -příprava na krizi (tvorba výstražného scénáře, krizový plán, příprava krizového týmu, příprava prostoru pro řízení neočekávaných situací) -zásahy v průběhu krize 4.Krizová matice, rozbory krizových situací 5.Krizová komunikace 6.Podnikatelská rizika, rizikový management 7.Bezpečnostní management: Analýza citlivosti, analýza souvztažností (vyhledávání zdrojů, ocenění rizik – tabulky, vazba, koeficienty, graf) 8.
