Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Students will study 8 critical factors of management succesfull and discussed them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage, staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that complement this conception. Organisation culture is the core of integrity these factors.

Summary
Subject "Trends of management for the 21st. Century" go out from
conception "7S" American firm McKinsey. This conception with world reputable
connected access, based on assessment, mutual conditionality and integrity
meaningful factors success in managerial work. Students will study these
factors and discussed them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage,
staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that
complement this conception. Organisation culture is kernel of integrity these
factors.

1. Repetitorium posledních 20. let dvacátého století
- polovina 80. let: hledání dokonalosti – doba, osobnosti a jejich názory
- polovina 80. let: „chaos“ jako podnikatelská výzva – doba, osobnosti a
jejich názory
- 90. léta: reengineering, rozvoj IS a systémů řízení
2. Současné a budoucí trendy vývoje
- současné trendy ve vývoji jednotlivých faktorů (S) manažerské práce a
řízení firem
- budoucí trendy: odhady vývoje, názory osobností managementu
3. Trendy – zkušenosti firem
- vybrané příklady firem, které určují trendy světového vývoje managementu
