Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Aims of "Individual and Organization":
- to explain problems of structure and working social settings (small groups, organizations and society),
- to describe social processes which are in social setting,
- to clarify advance of data gathering in sociological research,
- to explain essence of personality and her forming,
- to distinguish between motivation and stimulation,
- to explain forming social interaction and interpersonal relationships in the group,
- to identify and solve conflicts and stress,
- to illustrate and explain essence of creative thinking and learning.

Lectures
Summary
Lessons provide explanation of key sociological and psychological knowledge which are needful for comprehension problems of personality and social settings (groups, organizations and societies) and for their effective forming and influencing. This knowledge is important especially for management and marketing.
