- Show the main definitions from the management of production and services, especially in the sphere of structure of production, its organization and planning, standardization, human resources managemet etc. - Figure out the main instruments, methods and processes of managing production system and aplication in practise

Summary

The aim is bring students the basic knowledge of definitions, structure, methods and managing in the field of processes of production and services. Also set up the base of information for the next subjects related to economical system of the company and its management.

1. Teoretické základy řízení výroby a služeb * Podstata a cíle řízení výroby * Výroba a její členění * Podstata a cíle procesu služeb * Klasifikace služeb a faktory, které je ovlivňují 2. Charakteristika výrobního managementu a managementu služeb * Základní úkoly výrobního managementu a managementu služeb * Tendence vývoje výrobního managementu a managementu služeb * Podnikatelské řízení výrobních činností * Specifika managementu služeb 3.
