Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
- to be able to assess their potential for performance manager work,
- be aware of the scope for the development of their personality,
- to know the basic manager approaches and to be able to apply it in practice,
- to be able to describe specifics of management in the various tourism facilities,
- to know the tax issues in tourism
- monitor the economic performance of tourist facilities,
- evaluate the investment
- to be able to participate in the formation of pricing policies of the organization

• the nature, importance, basic catering
