- to know the the structure of information centers, - orientate in the range of information systems, - gain an overview of the specific requirements for information systems in tourism organizations - be qualified to work with information - to manage the work of the booking and information systems at the user level

Summary

Get comprehensive knowledge about the structure of the information centers for their operations, economics and the importance of obtaining an overview of the use of information systems applicable to tourism. The aim is to gain theoretical and practical bases for business and management area of tourism service institutions.

Terms of business information centers • Legislative Conditions • Economic conditions • Forms of cooperation, coordination activities, work with media 3. Management Information Center • Management System, creating networks of information centers • The way staff work and principles of personnel selection information centers • location and workplace equipment • Psychological aspects of the work in the information center 4.
