Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

- recognize the importance of management of human resources which is a necessary condition for success and the quality of service, - to be able to evaluate service levels, - an overview of additional services in the travel industry and understand the significance of their use in tourism.

To get acquainted with the nature and conditions of service provision. The course will enable students to gain the necessary insight and expertise on how to use the service.
