- to appoint types of technical monuments - understand the meaning and content of basic concepts, - to know the rules on the protection of cultural monuments, - to gain information on the state of use of technical monuments - to be able to inspire themselves to actively seek out possibilities of technical monuments.

Summary

Introduction of the students with importance and possibilities of using technical heritage in tourism. Approaches of it's use to increase the usability of tourist attractions in the area of their occurrence.

1. Úvod do studia předmětu - Definice základních pojmů - Význam uchování technického dědictví 2. Skladba kulturního dědictví u nás a ve vybraných zemích Evropy - Územní rozvrstvení - Rozdělení pamětihodností - Památky UNESCO 3. Systém ochrany kulturních památek a aktuální stav kulturního dědictví na území ČR - Organizace památkové péče v ČR - Památkové rezervace, památkové zóny, památkové objekty - Územní rozložení památek 4. Technické památky - Definice pojmu - Úloha technických památek v krajině - Ochrana a konzervace technických památek - Brownfields a jejich využití 5. Členění technických památek - Stanovení kritérií - Členění na druhy 6. Konkretizace využitelnosti technických památek - Technické skanzeny - Technická muzea - Nostalgické jízdy vlaků - Výstavy, presentace a závody veteránů - Vojenské památky – pevnosti, zbraňové systémy 7.
