Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

- know the classification of services and be able to identify their characteristics, - orientation in the civil law aspects of service provision in tourism) - a comprehensive view on how the provision of services in tourism and be able to apply knowledge acquired in the service management practice.

Teaching methods



Introducing students to the area of ​​tourism services and provide basic information on the colorful package tourism. Students also gain a theoretical basis for single species management of services.
