- know the classification of services and be able to identify their characteristics, - orientation in the civil law aspects of service provision in tourism) - a comprehensive view on how the provision of services in tourism and be able to apply knowledge acquired in the service management practice.

Summary

Introducing students to the area of tourism services and provide basic information on the colorful package tourism. Students also gain a theoretical basis for single species management of services.
