Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
- identify the operation of tourist facilities,
- to be able to actively participate in solving specific problems in practice,
- to demonstrate creativity,
- to apply acquired theoretical knowledge in terms of real service organizations operating in the field of tourism.

An introduction to the operation of selected tourist facilities.
Students are taking the opportunity to participate in solving specific problems and
verify the application of their own skills and theoretical knowledge.
Compulsory literature:
Literature on various subjects absolved and possibly other titles by the specifics of operation, in which the students practice exercises.

Subject syllabus:
1. Experience in the accommodation
- Familiarity with the operation of reception
- activity of the hotel maids housekeeping
- familiarization with the activities of hotel maintenance, security services and work
parking operational record-keeping, evaluation of activities for the needs of CSU
2. Experience in catering equipment, facilities
-introduction with the operation of the kitchen and store
-activities of cooks , labor of extra forces in the kitchen, activity warehouseman,
bartender operational record-keeping, creating menus, ordering goods
3. Experience in the canteen-operation
-familiarization with the operation of restaurants, lounges, bar
Head Waiter-business, business service
-works for the banquets operating-system administration
4. Experience in information tourist facilities
-familiarization with the operation of the IC
-work at the desk [provide information, souvenirs and publications]
Desk-executives on the town hall tower operational record-keeping
5. Experience in a travel agency
familiarization with operation-
-preparation of tours [treatment exact documentation], leading tours
