Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1.To explain, what is organization´s social (human) potential, brainware and to describe creative personality.
2.To define human resources planning strategy and to illustrate recruitment and selection process and employee adaptation process.
3.To clarify the human resources planning process and to specify forecasting methods for employee quantity requirements.
4.To describe procedure of work performance management and to apply possible remuneration methods within the work performance management.
5.To explain, what is organization personnel optimalization and to describe its process and criteria.
6.To define activities by which managers participate in development of social potential and to say which preconditions of manager for social potential management are.

Summary
The aim of the subject is to explain the importance of social or human potential and its important role for the company´s competitiveness. Students will be able to recognize which personnel activities managers have to master on a professional level. They will get basic information and knowledge about a new role of managers who are important to activate human potential in the organization.
