1.To explain interactions of main factors influencing organizational behavior, and change management. 2.To explain main individual, group and organizational factors influencing organizational behavior. 3.To understand interactions of organizational behavior and organizational processes. 4 To explain the importance of organization design and organizational development. 5.To explicate the importance of leadership, power and influence.

Summary

The aim of the subject is to presents main concepts of organizational behaviour and its application within organizational concepts. The subject includes the issue of individual and group behavior that influences realization of organizational goals. Theoretical concepts are needed for analyses of main individual, group and organizational factors influencing organizational processes that have an impact for organizational competitiveness.
