This conception, with world's reputable, connect access, based on assesment, mutual conditionality and integrity meaningful factors success in managerial work. Students will study these factors and discused them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage, staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that complemet this conception.
