Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1.To elaborate practical part of the diploma thesis.
2.To analyze the default specified in the selected organization issues.
3.To summarize the results of the analysis and critically evaluate the current situation.
4.To formulate the problem areas in the organization.
5.To recommend organizing concrete measures whose implementation should lead to the initial situation.
6.To predict the effects of the proposed measures.

Summary
Student prepares diploma thesis, which he/she submits by specific date. Diploma thesis with their form and content must correspond to the standard level of university graduate diploma thesis. Students will gain experience in creative writing, applying scientific methods, will prove the ability to present the given problem orally and in written form and to defend their own approaches.

Subject syllabus:
Lectures are not part of the range of subject. Given the individual focus of diploma thesis topics and specificity of the conditions consultations addressing the needs of individual students and the stages of work on the diploma thesis is ongoing.
