Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1.To analyze and evaluate present and future trends in development single factors of managerial work and management of companies. 3.To discuss the trends from experiences of companies - to state cases of companies, which determine trends in world's management development.

Summary

The aim of the subject is focus on critical factors of business included in Conception "7S" American consultant firm McKinsey. This conception, with world's reputable, connects access based on assessment, mutual conditionality and integrity meaningful factors success in managerial work too. Students will study these factors and discuss them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage, staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that comprises this conception. Organization culture is “nub” of integrity these factors.
