Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. To teach students to understand the core of system approach to analysis of economic and managing processes of business subject. 2. To meet students with applicable procedures and methods for analysis of economical effects and managing processes of business subject. 3. To teach students to synthetically process effects analysis results over the economical and management processes of business subject. 4. To teach students to produce system structures of practically realizable solutions of analytically solved unwelcome performance departures of projected end effects in the sphere of economical and management processes. 5. To lead students to run application of creative team approach of management in systematic, analytic and synthetic understanding of the course.

Summary

Students will get the basic knowledge about methods and processes of analysis of economic effects in different phasis of the management process and the ways of its use in conditions of sureness and risk. They will meet the possibilities of analysis of management systems on business level including the value of its force and reliability too.

Subject syllabus:

1. The nature and significance analysis in the business entity: - Characteristics of economic analysis, - The characteristics of an analysis of management processes based on feedback information processes. 2. Basic methods of analysis: - Content analysis methods and their comparison, - Quantifying the relationship between synthetic and analytic indicators - Procedure for application of analytical methods in different conditions. 3. Analýza management of tangible and intangible assets of the business entity: - Status and structure of tangible and intangible assets and their analysis, - Analysis of use of tangible assets, measures to increase the utilization of tangible fixed assets in the business entity. 4. Analýza reproduction of tangible fixed assets: - Analysis of indicators of return on investment funds - Analysis of reproductive parameters and conditions, optimizing the life of tangible assets and their reproductive cycles. 5. Analýza management of circulating assets of the business entity: - Status and structure of current assets and its analysis, - Analysis of the use of current assets, design and implementation of measures to a greater use of current assets in the business entity. 6. Analýza supply process in the business entity: - Analysis of state the nature, structure, use and reproduction supplies, - Application of methods and analysis models. 7. Analýza management of employee business entity: - Analysis of the state and structure of employees, - Determine the needs of employees in relation to the desired level of labor productivity, - Analysis of staffing in the business process. 8. Productivity analyzes the work in the business entity: - Analysis of labor productivity and factors affecting it, - Evaluation of different pay systems in terms of their impact on labor productivity, - Design and implementation of measures to ensure the required level of labor productivity. 9. Cost analysis of the business entity: - Analysis of costs in relation to production, the implemented processes and of the time - Specific measures to Optimality costs in the economic system of the business entity. 10. Analýza income business entity: - Analysis of the proceeds of the structure of production, demand and price changes over time and factors that influence it, - Measures to increase the level of earnings of the business entity. 11. Analysis of economic results of the business entity: - Information Security analýzy Hunting outcome indicators interactions forming Profit for the company, analysis of the factors that influence its level, - Actions leading to the optimal level of Hunting result in specific conditions. 12. Effectiveness analysis of business performance and business entity: - Characteristics of methods of analysis efficiency and performance of the business entity, structure and binding of factors affecting effectiveness and efficiency, Du Pontův pyramidal decomposition, the analysis of EVA and other indicators of effectiveness and efficiency of the business entity, - Creation of measures to ensure the optimum level of efficiency and performance. 13. Financial analysis of business entity: - The nature and content of financial analysis techniques, static and dynamic analysis procedures, testing the financial condition of the business entity, - Measures to ensure the financial stability of the business entity. 14. Analýza organization and management of the business entity: - Organizational and management structure of the business entity (management and business executive subsystem of the system), - Analysis of different types of organizational structures, business entity, - Analysis of the level of management control operation of the business entity and its influence on the performance of that entity, - The nature and capabilities of problem analysis and decision analysis in decision making in business entities, - Analysis of levels of decision-making processes. 15. Risk analysis of a business entity: - Determine the level of risk, the risk structure of the business entity and their factor analysis, decision making under risk and uncertainty, - Quantitative analysis of the impact of risks on the economic effects of the business entity.
