1.To explain interactions of main factors influencing organizational behavior, and change management.
2.To explain main individual, group and organizational factors influencing organizational behavior.
3.To understand interactions of organizational behavior and organizational processes.
4 To explain the importance of organization design and organizational development.
5.To explicate the importance of leadership, power and influence.

The course presents main concepts of OB and their application within organizational concepts. The course includes the issue of individual and group behavior that influences realization of organizational goals. Theoretical concepts are needed for analyses of main individual, group and organizational factors influencing organizational processes that have an impact for organizational competitiveness.
