Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. Students be able to choose right legal entities. 2. They would have basic skills in operations, finance, marketing and human resource management during a starting of business. 3. Student would able to plan personal as well as external resources of their enterprises. 4. They would definite idea, clear vision of business. 5. Students get also the necessary know-how about wherewithal for accessing to business.

Summary

The management of an enterprise nowadays faces completely new challenges. Traditional business administration concepts cannot cope with the ensuing demand for adaptation and adjustment. It is far more the case that change must be managed by introducing fundamentally new and far-reaching approaches for business restructuring. This applies particularly for small and medium-sized companies that are the growth motor of every economy. The special focus is of the course is on entrepreneurship, innovation, business plan.
