1. Clarify the historical aspects of human resource management. 2. Explain the process for making personnel strategy and policy. 3. Describe the steps of the process of recruitment, selection and orientation of employees. 4. Explain the essence of the process of training and development of employees. 5. Clarify the performance appraisal process. 6. Clarify the nature, significance and various tools of compensation of employees. 7. Characterize the possibility of employee motivation. 8. Explain the communication process and its forms. 9. Characterize leadership and its use in the organization. 10.Describe the importance and benefits of teams and teamwork. 11.Characterize the basic principles of performance management of employees. 12.Explain the basics of ethics and its application in the field of human resource management. 13.Define characteristics of international human resource management. 14.Explain the significance and the creation of organizational culture.

Summary

The aim of the course is to equip students professionally and practically with knowledge in the field of human resource management to increase employee engagement in the organization in a competitive environment. In this course, students are introduced to the basic concepts related to the field, the historical development of human resource management and the main activities of human resource management such as planning, recruiting, selecting, training and rewarding employees. The main emphasis is on performance management, employee motivation and the ethics of human resource management.
