Learning outcomes: Analysis: to identify the signals of crise to analyse the causes, course and incidences of the crises Synthesis: to generalize the procedure of crisis solutions to assemble simple crisis plan to categorize types of crises Evaluation: to appraise the value of the claims to interpret the steps before reengineering to measure the ways of risk diversification to evaluate the impacts on the enterprise stability to recommend simple crisis strategy

Summary

Definition of crisis management is a complex of managerial procedures intents on broad dilemma, beginning from risk evaluation, through planning and organizing to realization and verification of activities, which were done in connection with solving crisis situation.
