Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1.To characterize the basic legal standards relating to the issue of remuneration. 2.To describe management and reward system, their tasks and factors that affect the pay process in an organization. 3.To characterize the strategy and remuneration policies and their works. 4.To clarify the nature and methods of job evaluation, its use in the creation of wage / salary system in the organization. 5.To distinguish individual wage / salary structure and salary / wage forms used in organizations. 6.To describe the payroll and club survey and their characteristics and use in practice. 7.To explain what employee benefitsare are, the nature of their use. 8.To define variable / merit pay and its various forms. 9.To describe the performance management and remuneration, the nature and principles. 10.To contrast the way to pay for specific groups of workers. 11.To describe the consistency of management remuneration and liner of internal regulation.

Summary

The subject acquaints students with staff renumerating problems in organizations. It targets the legal regulations, explains modern system of renumerations, refers to factors affecting level of renumeration, analyses wage and club surveys, methods of job evaluation, wage/salary patterns and forms, attends to employee benefits, system of renumeration management and internal regulation.
