Subject the "Trends of management for the 21st. Century" result from conception "7S" American firm McKinsey. This conception, with world's reputable, connect access, based on assesment, mutual conditionality and integrity meaningful factors success in managerial work. Students will study these factors and discused them. They are: strategy, structure, systems steerage, staffs, shared values, style of managerial work, skills and symbols, that complemet this conception. Organization culture is core of integrity these factors.
