The development of ethical thinking. The definition of corporate culture and business ethics. Changing corporate culture. Ethical diction making. Corporate social responsibility of managers uses knowledge for business and managers (ethical conduct, training managers to ethical conduct). Research ethics and organizational culture.

Subject syllabus:
1. Úvod do problematiky bezpečnosti informačních technologií, základní pojmy
2. Aktuální stav bezpečnosti v českých firmách.
3. Příčiny a důvody úniků, ztrát.
4. Budování systému bezpečnosti v informačních technologiích.
5. Fyzická (technická) bezpečnost.
6. Režimová ochrana, personální ochrana.
7. HW ochrana, SW ochrana.
8. Bezpečnost počítačových sítí. Bezpečnostní funkce a bezpečnostní služby v počítačových sítích. Zabezpečení přenosu dat.
9. Kryptografie. Kryptografické algoritmy. Symetrická a nesymetrická kryptografie. Elektronický podpis.
10. Bezpečnostní prvky v počítačových sítích: bezpečnostní brány, bezpečnostní protokoly,
11. Bezpečnost systému: zálohování, ochrana zdrojů, kontrola integrity, monitorování, antivirová ochrana.
12. Postup při napadení: odhalení průniku, úklid po útočníkovi, obnovení provozu, opatření proti opakování.
