Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

1. Identify signals of an impending crisis. 2. Propose the composition of the crisis team and ways to train it. 3. Identify the key points of the business recovery strategy. 4. Evaluate the crisis vulnerability of the enterprise, create a crisis scenario. 5. Develop a simple crisis plan for the enterprise, create an early warning system.

Summary

After completing the course the student will get an idea of what the business crisis and their management are and what they need to master. The subject focuses on economics crisis - from their typology, symptoms, management principles, revitalization process, prevention principles. The student will be able to evaluate the crisis vulnerability of the enterprise, to create an early warning system, to create a simple crisis plan, to propose the composition of the crisis team and the ways of its training, to apply the key points of the company's recovery strategy.

1. Crisis typology, algorithm of development and solution of the crisis situation in the enterprise. 2. Preparation for crisis - conditions, approaches. 3. Detection of the company's vulnerability (threat). 4. Crisis management subprocesses (prevention, implementation, post-crisis activity). 5. Crisis management strategies. Revitalization strategy and its elements. 6. Elements: Early Warning System, Crisis Plan. 7. Preparation of Crisis Manager. 8. Crisis management (tools, remedies, resources). 9. Crisis communication. 10. Creating an enterprise crisis management system (procedure, principles). 11. Risk management. 12. Security Management. 13. Revitalization strategy and its elements. 14. Crisis development in the company, interventions.
