Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
1. Adopt and use principles of strategic thinking.
2. Apply strategic analysis methods and using it to inscribe and evaluate external and internal environment of organization.
3. Predict prospective progress of entrepreneurial environment.
4. Evaluate designed strategies and to resolve optimal one.
5. Evaluate risks and effects of implementation of strategy and to evaluate results of strategic check.

Summary
The subject is focused on understanding of strategic management and creation of strategic approaches. With case studies that are based on business practice, methods of strategic analysis are applied and the state and trends of the external and internal development of the organization are evaluated. Attention is paid to the implementation of the strategy with its impact on corporate structure and culture, current management trends, anti-crisis measures and risk distribution methods. These findings form the basis for understanding the content of the different strategies and strategies of strategic decision making. After completing the course, students should be able to think through the different parts of the strategy implementation, assess its risks and set up a system of strategic control.
