1. Describe the new role of personnel departments and human resources specialists. 2. Characterize the HRM strategy and policy, human resource planning. 3. Clarify competencies and competency models and their use in HRM. 4. Describe the process of recruiting and selecting employees. 5. Describe the process of deployment and adaptation of employees. 6. Describe the process of employee training and development. 7. Explain the essence and individual processes of talent management. 8. Clarify the nature and process of employee appraisal. 9. Characterize the nature of employee remuneration. 10. Clarify the methods and forms of employee remuneration. 11. Explain the way and benefits of managing human capital. 12. Define the nature and types of employee relationships. 13. Clarify types and management of employee relationships. 14. Explain the nature of the dismissal of employees and related activities.

Summary

The aim of the course is to provide students with a deeper understanding of human resource management. At the beginning of the course, students are introduced to the new role of HR departments and HR management specialists, the development of HR management strategy and policy. Subsequently, students are given a detailed explanation of the various HR activities, including the roles of line managers and HRM specialists. Considerable attention is paid to talent management, employee compensation and human capital management.
