1.Entrepreneurial process and its structure, business plan, its forms and structure. 2.Finding of the business opportunities, features of the planned company, environment analysis with the accent on customers, competitors, public and suppliers. 3.Spatial analysis, retail turnover prediction. 4.Company budget. 5.Investment decisions of the entrepreneur. 6.Efficiency calculations, financial analysis. 7.Formal terms by the company foundation and management. Material, personal and organizational covering. 8.Tax calculations. 9.Students’ solutions presentation.
