1. Recognize and assess opportunities for business venture. 2. Argue competitive strength of chosen business concept. 3. Assemble entrepreneurial plan of business firm. 4. Design localization and next operation of business firm. 5. Judge effectiveness of chosen solution. 6. Defend proposed solution and recommend next possible progress.

Entrepreneurial process and its structure, business plan, its forms and structure. Finding of the business opportunities, features of the planned company, environment analysis with the accent on customers, competitors, public and suppliers. Formal terms by the company foundation and management. Material, personal and organizational covering. Efficiency calculations, Students’ solutions presentation.

1.Business venture, enviroment and organizations instrument. 2.Typology of business enterprise. 3.Entrepreneurialprocess and itsstructure. Personality and the role of entrepreneurs. 4.Finding and evalating business opportunites. 5.Business plan, its types and strukture. 6.Establishmeat and formation of the business enterprise. 7.Developmeat stages of the entrprise. 8.Franchising – successful form ob business enterprise. 9.Family business – the possibilities of its development. 10.Kooperative form of business. 11.Taxes and insurnace in business enterprise. 12.Optimization calculations, analysis for decision, making process of the enterpreneur.
