Cílem předmětu Ekonomická žurnalistika je propojit ekonomické znalosti studentů se znalostmi tvorby žurnalistických žánrů. Studentům jsou vysvětlovány jednotlivé žurnalistické žánry a jejich vhodnost využití při prezentování ekonomických ukazatelů, vývoje hospodářství či významných změn ekonomických pravidel.

1. Development of economy in the Czech Republic and abroad 2. Important domestic and international macroeconomic indicators 3 Sector structure of economy 4. Development of business activities with expected trends of further development of economy 5. Significant changes of economic rules and government and individual ministries decisions 6. Creation and presentation of text genres (news, commentary) for a pre-assigned economic
