Cílem předmětu je poskytnout studentovi přehled všech činností spojených s realizací vývozních a dovozních obchodních případů. Jsou vymezeny základní principy obchodování se zahraničím, rizika a formy těchto obchodních vztahů, student je seznámen s náležitostmi kontraktace.

Hodnocení znalostí se ověřuje splněním průběžného písemného testu v rámci cvičení, který reflektuje obsah přednášek, dále zpracování seminární práce na vybrané téma a písemnou zkouškou (otázky k teorii a aplikační otázka-case study).
