Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Kurz akcentuje význam obchodu jako odvětví národního hospodářství. Poukazuje na dynamiku vývoje obchodu a jeho úlohu v procesu globalizace. Vychází ze skutečnosti, že současný obchod jako předmět činnosti nabývá stále většího významu a zároveň představuje jistým způsobem specifický soubor činností, jejichž zvláštnostem je třeba přizpůsobit věcný a procesní obsah fungování obchodní firmy, vč. jejího řízení a managerského rozhodování. Důraz je kladen na oblast ekonomiky a marketingového řízení obchodní firmy.

Teaching methods

Summary

The subject is taught by practice. The polarization of this practice is influenced by reality that commerce represent specific groups of activities whose specific features we must adapt as pragmatic as procedural content of operations business firm, inclusive of its economical operating.
