Explain of Development and Functionality of make-up of City (Functional Zone) in Contemporary Conditions. Interpret of the Czech Republic Approach and Principles of Territorial Planning for Concrete Town (region). Recommend of Land Utilization of Territorial Planning Documents for Needs Development Regions and Cities.

Summary

The course covers the basic principles of spatial planning in the Republic, links to the urban structure of the organism and the functional zones of the city, it addresses both the historical development of urban construction and land development issues. Students get an overview of the structure planning, development and functional organization of the urban organism.

Student: First during discussions at seminars demonstrate expertise in Spatial planning of supporting documents and documents, The second shall prepare and submit an essay on the topic System of regional / spatial planning in selected EU countries, either: a) from those that were presented in lectures, b) or in other countries, such as. in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Sweden and possibly in other countries. Expertise and knowledge communicated range of value: - for the first task: 45-60 points - for the second task: 15 to 25 points.
