Summary
Students will be informed on the ways and mechanisms used to manage the attitudes, behavior and activities influencing the environment. In particular they will be acquainted with planning and economic instruments which are used in the current managing practice by self-governments (even those have not been used so far by self-governments of municipalities and regions will not be left out). A great attention is paid to spatial planning and its instruments that are irreplaceable for securing ecological principles of territorial development.
