Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Subject is focused on useful interpretation of basic management skills and training effective communication and solving conflicts. Student is learned to use and choose suitable effective management tools for managing and leading project teams. Student can evaluat and discuss each management approaches for effective leading teams. Time is gave the attention to soft skills which is supplement about knowledge’s of procurement, control a monitoring processes. In connection with uniqueness of projects are also introduced and excercised tools for creating work, solving problems and making decisions.
