Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

- search for regulations and other related documents in ASPI, Codexis and Beck-online - work with publicly available databases of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court; work with the HUDOC database - work with the EUR-Lex and CURIA databases - assess the reliability and timeliness of information found and cite documents correctly - solve given examples using legal information systems. - think comprehensively about communication and identify areas of communication in which they feel the need to develop further - prepare a presentation on a chosen topic and introduce the topic to others; engage in constructive discussion

Summary

The aim of the course is to develop knowledge and skills in legal, economic, digital and communication literacy to a greater breadth and depth, with a focus on practical contexts and the ability to apply in specific cases.
