Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

In the subject matter students are supposed to: - describe regulatory enviroment, define its subject, outline the methods of regulation and list basal forms of regulation, - comprehend principles of the public law and private law regulation to explain differences between them - applicate gained knowledge and comprehension to interprete and solve model situations, - identify practical problem and infer legal regulation concerned, - explain legal aspect of practical problem, - interpret legal regulation and recommend possible solutions of practical problem

General theoretical introduction to the financial law I. Financial law as a separate field of legal order. the Subject of legal regulation, method of legal regulation, financial law system. Material and formal sources of financial law. Financial legal norms. General theoretical introduction to financial law II. Subjects of financial law. Financial legal relations. Financial market law. content and participation in the basis of civil, trade and financnial law. Legal regulation ot fincnail market´s subjects. Regulation of public market with stocks and the other service providers operating in capital market. Monetary law I. Introduction to non-fiscal part of financial law., term and status of monetary law in financial law system, currency unit, tender issue. Monetary law II. Regulation of forced circulation, noncash payment system. Some measures against legalization of crime pay-offs. Legal rules of functioning of collective investment subjects, investment companies, share funds, investment funds, depositors. Exchange law I. Term and its status. Exchange obligations system, institutes. Exchange law II. Exchange offices service, Exchanger obligations, exchange license. Legal regulation of the other financial institutions on the capital market, savings and loan cooperatives, building society. Pension funds. Public bank law.
