Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

In the subject matter students are supposed to: - describe regulatory enviroment, define its subject, outline the methods of regulation and list basal forms of regulation, - comprehend principles of the public law and private law regulation to explain differences between them - applicate gained knowledge and comprehension to interprete and solve model situations, - identify practical problem and infer legal regulation concerned, - explain legal aspect of practical problem, - interpret legal regulation and recommend possible solutions of practical problem

Summary

The aim of this subject is to acquaint the students with the basis of financial legal regulation in the Czech Republic in order to have them be able to orientate in this field and relations to other fields of our legal order.

Subject syllabus:

1. Introduction I particular field of law. Legal regulation, method of legal regulation, system. Sources, norms. 2. Introduction II Subjects, legal relations 3. Currency law I Introduction to non-fiscal law, currency law status, money unit, emission. 4. Currency law II Regulation of directive circulation, noncash payments. Regulations against benefits of 5. Exchange Law I Status. Basic terms and institutes, system. 6. Exchange Law II Exchange office service, obligations of exchange officers, license. 7. Public bank law Status Right to establish bank or expositors. Bank controlling, Executive control. 8. public insurance law Status. Relation between public and private insurance law. Right to establishment, controlling, further institutes. 9. Budgetary Law I Introduction, status, budget of state, budgetary structure, budget processing, National fund. 10. Budgetary Law II legal regulation of regional economy and voluntary municipalities associations. 11. Revenue Law and Customs Law Status, tax, fees and customs legal regulation. 12. Processial Financial Law financial administration, process. Tax process, subsidiary usage of administration law within financial law. 13.
