Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

To acquaint the students of the bachelor studies with a wide and uncodified area of our legal system modifying rights and obligations of natural persons and legal entities in the public administration, and to explain the system of public administration and its organisation. Relations between government and local administration including controlling system as well as basis of administrative criminal law.
