After attending this subject the student will be able to understand legal regulation of given topic and use gained knowledge and understanding to solve model situations.

Summary

The subject belongs to the group of subjects interpreted special field of law. The aim is to collect and present to the students integrated and essential minimum of knowledge dealing with labour-law issues, clarify legal arrangement of wide social security system and explain basic orientation in this field of law.

Employment discipline, safety and healthf protection, special working conditions. 6. Collective labour law. 7. Employment legal regulation. 8. Social welfare system. 9. Pension. 10. Pension. 11. State social support. 12. Actual topic.
