Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The subject is to provide students a basic overview about the legal aspects working in the financial market of the Czech Republic in connection to the subject Banking and Capital Markets.
It concerns in particular a student´ s understading of the basic legal regulations of working subjects working in financial markets, in particular banks, traders with securities and other providers of investment services, subjects of collective investments, especially investment companies, pension funds, savings and credit co-operatives, building-savings companies, but also will acquaint students with the legal regulations working for organizers of public security markets and other service providers on capital markets, with legally authorised capital markets and securities, including the regulations for controlling the capital market.
Not in the least, students will be acquainted with the basic laws for bills of exchange and cheques.
