Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
- identify and interpret basic legal institutions of association law,
- list the basic laws of association law,
- explain the basic concepts of association law,
- categorize association´s organs,
- analyze the statutes of the association,
- to apply gained knowledge and comprehension to interpret and solve model situations.

Summary
Předmětem kurzu je podrobnější výklad spolkového práva s návazností na praktické využití získaných teoretických znalostí. Student předmětu získá pokročilejší přehled v oblasti spolkového práva a o základních problémových oblastech, které mohou vyvstat při fungování spolku, také s členství v něm, jeho vnitřní organizací, zrušením a likvidací, včetně souvislostí rejstříkových, účetních a daňových. Na cvičeních budou se studenty prohlubovány praktické dovednosti na příkladech a úkolech z jednotlivých níže uvedených oblastí.

1. Non-profit organizations - introduction, basic terms, sources.
2. Establishment and formation of the association, dissolution and termination of the association.
3. The articles of the association, other regulations of the association.
4. Organisation of the association.
5. Subsidiary association. Entrepreneurship of the Association.
6. Membership of association, rights and duties of association members.
7. Management, accounting and tax aspects of association. Liquidation of the association.
8. The most commonly used types of contract.
