Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Student will be able: - to describe legal order of the Czech Republic; to name individual legal areas - to identify individual legal areas and deduce consequent rights and duties of legal relations participants - to distinguish individual legal areas (private and public law) - to apply and actively use the ASPI system and educational software - to use practice of the courts and apply it in practice - to apply the legal norms practically when solving concrete examples - to analyze and recommend the solution of partial tasks/projects/legal problems - to apply gained skills in practice

Summary

The aim of the subject is to arrange and summarize knowledge of main subjects of the study programme Economy and Law in Business and using the educational software, ASPI systém and practice of the courts to analyze partial problems/projects being managed by the pedagogue.

The aim of this subject is to order and summarize knowledge of the key subjects of the study field in the frame of preparation for state final exam. Students summarize knowledge of the study and elaborate all areas of the subject "Law" in written.
