Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Cílem je shrnout a prezentovat studentům ucelené a nezbytné minimum znalostí o pracovněprávní a sociálněprávní problematice, objasnit příslušnou právní úpravu a vysvětlit základní orientaci v této oblasti. Obsahově je větší část předmětu (2/3) věnována pracovnímu právu s ohledem na potřebné znalosti absolventů ekonomických oborů pro praxi. Po absolvování předmětu bude student schopen vyložit právní úpravu dané problematiky a použít nabyté znalosti k objasnění a řešení praktických příkladů.

Summary
The objective is to present to the students basic knowledge of labour law and legal arrangement of social system in the Czech Republic. The most important questions of these areas will be interpreted to students.The specifics of labour-law relations and their distinctionswill be explained. Social security system will be described in order to orientate in this field.
