Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students are supposed in the subject legal regulations of economy matter to: - describe czech egulatory enviroment, define its subject, outline the methods of regulation and list basal forms of regulation, - comprehend principles of the public law and private law regulation to explain differences between them - applicate gained knowledge and comprehension to interprete and solve model situations.

Summary

During the lectures the students learn to orientate in the basic legal order of economics and business. First the y will acquired with law structure and basic theoretical terms, sources, of which the legal information can be pulled in order to orientate in positive legal regulations. The lectores do not copy law structure but are devoted more to economics and busines field, to which students allocate teh complex legal regulation.

1. System and structure of law, public and private law, legal fields, legal institutes, material and procedural law sources, legal regulations, codex 2. Constitutional acts, legislative proces, legal regulations´ validity, citations of legal regulations 3. Legal informatics systems, eElectronic sources, legal information on the Internet 4. Legal regulations of the public law and their influence on the economics and business I. 5. Legal regulations of the public law and their influence on the economics and business II. 6. Legal regulations of the public law and their influence on the economics and business III. 7. ICT public law (e-signature, e-document, e-government, data boxes). 8. Legal regulations of the private law and their influence on the economics and business I. 9. Legal regulations of the private law and their influence on the economics and business II. 10. Private law of ICT (electronic contracting, e-shops, consumer protection, copyright on the Internet). 11. Legislation in the field of labor law and social security law. 12. Procedural law 13. International law, European law. 14. Selected current problems.
